Choices: Stories You Play is a live-service, free-to-play interactive fiction game for iOS and Android. I joined Pixelberry in December 2020 as an associate producer and moved up to Senior Producer, where I lead content production for the app. I have produced 50+ titles, from romance to high-action fantasy, and redesigned much of our production process along the way.
Highlights
• Cut kickoff-to-launch from 6 months to 6 weeks by redesigning the content pipeline from sequential, chapter-by-chapter handoffs to batched, AI-assisted drafting, art generation, QA, and configuration.
• Scaled output from 1-2 releases per month to 5, with a team half the size.
• Built tools with Claude Code and API scripts that the team uses for drafting support, asset configuration, QA and bug checking, data analysis, and production tracking, and trained teammates to use them.
• Promoted four times in under six years, from Associate Producer I to Senior Producer.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10-20 across writers, artists, QA analysts, product managers, engineers, community, and player support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external QA, localization, and contract vendors; manage deliverable schedules and resourcing; contribute to rate discussions and budget planning.
• Report QA, bug, schedule, and team-health trends to leadership; present content performance data to development teams and translate it into process and content decisions.
• Implement narrative, art, and systems in the game engine, and shape book monetization and economy.
• Mentor producers, participate in interview panels, and train teammates on AI tools and prompting, production tools, Agile practice, and data platforms (Databricks, Tableau).
Producer II · Mar 2025 to Aug 2026 · Remote
